Nic Waldenmayer is an expert adviser to the construction industry and a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). He is a partner in Eide Bailly’s Orange County, CA office. Eide Bailly is consistently ranked as one of the Top Construction Accounting firms in the nation by Construction Executive magazine.

Nic specializes in minimizing tax liabilities for businesses and individuals through innovative tax planning, strategic business consulting, succession planning, tax credit and incentive maximization, and other practical tax compliance solutions. He also helps his clients maximize bank and surety credit as well as insurance programs, accounting software assessments and profit advisory services. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Taxation. He is also a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.

Nic is active in several local Southern California construction industry groups and serves on the Tax and Legislative Affairs Committee of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). He has presented at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Construction and Real Estate Conference, his local CFMA chapter, and at other local construction industry group events.
