Nicolle Taylor-Sheafor Nicolle is the CFO of Hardman Construction, Inc., a Midwest leader in foundation, geotechnical, and bridge construction. She holds her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus in Accounting and first started her career serving in the public accounting sector. After 7 years in the public arena she decided that she wanted to be a part of the daily life of an individual business and began looking into private industry. Hardman Construction turned out to be a great fit in providing the unique and fun challenges that come along with working in the industry and providing a great cultural fit; she has been with the company since 2015. Nicolle is currently serving on the Western MI CFMA Board of Directors and sits on the Programming and Promotions Committee at the chapter level and the Specialty Trades Committee at the national level.
