Patricia Kagerer’s responsibilities include overseeing the risk management functions, including safety, quality, wellness, and learning. Under Patricia’s leadership, CF Jordan’s safety program has won several awards, including being named one of America’s Safest Companies by EHS.


Patricia also serves as Head of Learning for Jordan University, which is responsible for education and organizational development that ensures consistency of process for all aspects of construction operations for CF Jordan. In addition to offering education to CF Jordan employees, Jordan University offers educational classes to its subcontractors.

Patricia was named one of Dallas Business Journal’s Women to Watch in 2009 and Business Insurance Magazine’s Top 25 Women to Watch in 2008. She was the DFW Associated General Contractor’s Safety Director of the Year in 2004. She is the author of Defend Your Profits – Tools for Quality Construction & Bottom Line Improvement, and has also written for CFMA Building Profits. She is a member of CFMA’s Dallas-Forth Worth Chapter.

Patricia earned a BS in Business Administration and a BA in Communication/Public Relations from Regis University, Denver, CO, and an ME in Human Development – Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX.
