Paul Cranley Esq.

Paul Cranley is a partner at Husch Blackwell LLP with more than 20 years of legal experience. He represents owners, developers and contractors in construction litigation involving contract disputes, construction defect claims and insurance coverage issues. He also handles complex commercial litigation matters, including cases involving product liability, breach of warranty and personal injury. He has extensive trial and appellate court experience in state and federal courts across the country. In addition, Paul counsels clients on drafting and enforcing construction contracts and sales agreements, as well as on insurance coverage and indemnity issues. He regularly lectures on construction law topics at the University of Wisconsin School of Engineering and Law School and frequently speaks on those and other topics to construction industry groups.
