Paul Dudzinski

Paul Dudzinski is currently the On-site Project Director for the Mortenson-McCarthy Joint Venture, who is currently constructing the $1.4B Las Vegas Stadium. Paul has over 18 years of experience in the Construction Industry and has been a part of the preconstruction, planning and execution of more than $2.4 billion dollars’ worth of projects across the Southwest. His experience includes managing work in a design-build, construction management, and general contracting capacity, in both the public and private sectors. He has resided in Henderson, NV for the past 12 years with his wife and 2 school aged children. Mr. Dudzinski’s resume is comprised of a diverse portfolio of projects from the parking, hospitality and gaming, entertainment, healthcare, education, transportation, commercial, and industrial markets. Key projects he has been involved with include UNLV’s new Hospitality Hall, Spring Valley Hospital, Sandia Hotel & Casino & Parking Structure, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Casino & Resort and the McCarran International Airport Terminal 3 6,000-car Parking Structure, one of the largest in the State of Nevada. Paul displays great passion and commitment to the construction industry, as well as to the community. He plays an active role in the community through McCarthy’s Heart Hats program and his involvement with the American Institute of Architects, Nevada Contractors Association, U.S Green Building Council, American Society of Healthcare Engineers and American Concrete Institute.
