Randy Czarnecki is passionate about the software implementation process, assisting end users and partners to complete their journey as efficiently and timely as possible. With 25 years of experience in construction technology, Czarnecki began his career implementing construction ERP solutions. He later transitioned to a role within the account management team, working through third-party integration, licensing and product enhancement topics. End user and partner success through the implementation life cycle is a critical goal in his current role as Director of Product Experience at Penta Technologies.
Czarnecki holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Czarnecki’s experience equips audiences and industry professionals with the tools and inspiration they need to utilize technological solutions in a timely manner while also providing for the communities they serve.
