Rebekah has pursued excellence for four contractors while working for them, on both the east and west coasts, including some of the largest general contractors (Swinerton – ENR #18 in 2020 Top 400 Contractors) and subcontractors (Helix Electric – ENR #32 Top 600 Specialty Contractors) in the nation. In aggregate, she has worked with her teams to add over nine million dollars to the Companies’ bottom line through account reconciliation, billings audits, effective cash management, industry awareness, and tax planning. In 2019, Rebekah was hired as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Nielsen Builders, Inc – the largest general contractor in her hometown of Harrisonburg, Virginia. She currently serves as the first female Company executive and one of the youngest board members in the Company’s 100+ year old history. Rebekah leaned on her diverse experience to provide financial management and insight to the Company during all of the turmoil that 2020 brought the industry, and the world!
