Rich has over 25 years of surety underwriting experience with several large surety companies including Hartford, Zurich and Arch. Additionally, Rich has recent experience as a surety broker with Moreton & Company where he handled numerous large, regional and national contractors. Prior to his professional career, Rich earned a degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD), where he was also a pitcher on the baseball team.
