Richard Maursetter has 30 years' experience as a middle manager for Duininck Companies, a heavy/highway construction company in Minnesota. Richard works in the human resources area, where he is responsible for risk management, including safety and employee health and wellness, employee benefits purchases, and all construction-related risk insurance. He is also responsible for employee continuing education.
Richard formerly taught mathematics at the high school and college levels for 10 years. He earned a BA in Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
