Groups of Babst Calland, Pittsburgh. Robert has experience in cases involving
the Pennsylvania Mechanics’ Lien Law, the Contractor and Subcontractor
Payment Act, the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, and
the Pennsylvania Municipal Torts Claim Act. He also represents clients in a
