Ronnie Kurlander is the Real Estate and Construction Industry Lead for Hartman Executive Advisors, an independent IT advisory firm, where he is responsible for pipeline supply, business development and client and resource management. Ronnie’s construction and real estate clients benefit from his extensive industry experience and expertise in using technology and data analytics to solve issues ranging from operational inefficiencies and labor shortages, to cyberthreats. With this knowledge, he works alongside construction and commercial real estate CEOs and COOs to create and execute technology roadmaps and data strategies to drive positive business outcomes. He functions as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer for various clients in the construction and real estate industries.

Prior to joining Hartman, Ronnie was the Director of Corporate Systems, Business Process Improvement and the Enterprise Program Management office at T. Rowe Price. He was also previously Program Manager for AAI Corporation and Supply Chain and Value Stream Manager for Textron. He’s achieved numerous milestones in the public and private sector, including running programs with a combined revenue of $80 million; reducing lead time for delivery of a large product by several months; developing and designing processes to manage capacity, demand, and supply; and delivering process improvement across manufacturing and transactional/service organizations.

Ronnie also shares his knowledge, guidance, and leadership in the classroom and with nonprofit organizations. He’s taught Project Management and Project Quality/Six Sigma courses for Towson University, spoken on IT operations, management, and process improvement at Towson and at Loyola University and continues to mentor students at both schools.
