Ms. Hall is the vice president, head of construction innovation for AXA XL North America Construction. She provides strategic leadership and direction in construction innovation via the implementation of business process ecosystems, technology, unique insurance solutions, and enhanced customer service initiatives across all lines of business. Her role is dedicated to supporting AXA XL's construction customers' innovation efforts and technological maturity, and by extension, advancing the construction industry to new heights in this fourth Industrial Revolution. Ms. Hall is a thought leader, ambassador, and spokesperson for AXA XL, presenting at industry events and educational organizations. She has 2-plus years of practical experience in engineering, construction project management, and risk management with Turner Construction Co. and as an expert witness and litigation support consultant with WCD Group, now a Gallagher Bassett company.Ms. Hall has a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Rutgers University and a master of science in civil engineering/construction engineering and management from Stanford University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in four states, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP®), Claims and Litigation Management Professional (CLMP), and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®). She serves in leadership and advisory board roles with IRMI and ClaimsXchange and is currently co-dean of the CLM Claims College School of Construction. Ms. Hall was named in Insurance Business America's Elite Women in Insurance in 217 and 22 and CLM Professional of the Year in 219.
