Scott Baxter

Scott Baxter, CCIFP, is a statewide manager for Consumer Residential Lending at Frost Bank in San Antonio, TX. Scott’s industry experience spans over 35 years, with time spent working in lending to a variety of commercial industries including commercial construction, private banking, and consumer residential lending. A current CFMA Executive Committee member, Scott's past CFMA activities include attending Spring Creek, serving as president and board member of CFMA’s Houston Chapter, serving as a member of CFMA’s Financial Survey & Benchmarker Committee and Investment Committee, and serving as Chairman of the Publications Advisory Group. Scott is also current Chairman of the Advisory Board of Texas Tech University School of Banking and is an avid cyclist.
