Scott Duncan

Scott Duncan is a co-founder and partner of BaseRock Partners. He brings more than 20 years of financial advisory experience to the firm, including 15 focused exclusively on construction and construction materials M&A transactions. Prior to co-founding BaseRock Partners, Scott served as Managing Director at FMI Capital Advisors, where he co-managed the company’s construction materials group. Prior to that, he led corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions for Lafarge North America (now LafargeHolcim) in the Western United States.
