Seth is BDO's Colorado-market Transaction Advisory leader and has 10 years of deal experience supporting sell-side and buy-side engagements for a variety of industries including construction and project-based service companies. Additionally, Seth has worked in financial management for two oil field service and construction companies responsible for FP&A, accounting oversight, collaboration with Private Equity owner and serving on the M&A team.
