Stephani Manning joined Innovative Captive Strategies, Inc. (ICS) in 2007. As President, Manning develops internal structure and organization, maintains strength of ICS team and services, manages recruitment and serves as a partner liaison to agency and professional partners. Stephani has served both in property casualty captives and, most recently, oversaw the employee benefits captive division within ICS. Her unique expertise in both divisions has allowed her to develop innovative and custom captive programs to promote long-term client and agency relationships. It has also allowed her to provide captive owners with an alternative way to finance their insurance costs, retain profits and obtain greater long-term stability. She currently oversees the strategic direction of the company along with a team of finance, sales, underwriting and clinical risk professionals to manage the day-to-day operations of the captive (i.e. insurance company). Stephani serves on the ICS Executive Committee, runs a women's group (Women Optimizing Women) within ICS' parent company, serves on the American Heart Association Board, Junior Achievement Board, Sandwich Ministry at her church and is a committee member for the annual Blank Children's Hospital fundraising gala. She lives in Clive, Iowa, with her husband Troy and two children (Gus - 12 and Murphy 10).
