Timothy Burrow is a Partner at Burrow & Cravens, PC in Nashville, TN. His law practice involves construction-related matters representing contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and owners. Cases range from mechanics’ lien filings to complex cases involving termination, change orders, delay, disruption, acceleration, scheduling, design, and technical issues involving insurance coverage and bond claims.
Prior to entering the legal field, Timothy served 16 years as an architect and two years as a GC on institutional, commercial, industrial, health care, and condominium projects.
A member of CFMA’s Middle Tennessee Chapter, Timothy is on the Panel of Construction Arbitrators with the American Arbitration Association. He is also designated as an “Elite” architectural expert witness by IMS ExpertServices, has taught seminars on various construction law topics, and is a member of the ConsensusDOCS Contract Content Advisory Council and Joint Venture Agreements Working Group. He is also a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Association, Construction Industry Forum of the American Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.
