| With over 20 years in the construction industry, Tori stands out as a key figure in digital transformation and customer engagement in construction and real estate development. Earning a BS in Civil Engineering and Building Construction Management from Michigan State University, she started her career at Granger Construction. Over nearly two decades, she mastered project management, business process improvement, and preconstruction management. In 2018, she joined SiteAware, the forefront of Digital Construction Verification (DCV) technology, initially as Digital Transformation Manager, later advancing to Senior Implementation Manager, and currently serving as Head of Customer Experience. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tori champions community engagement and women’s empowerment. She’s been a vital part of Destination Imagination since 2010, nurturing creativity and STEAM education among students. Furthermore, as a co-founder of Women in Skilled Trades (WIST) in 2016, she actively promotes career opportunities for women in construction, demonstrating her commitment to diversity and inclusion in the sector. |
