Troy Schroeder
CFO, Haselden
Troy and his wife of 21 years, Holly, along with their two boys Jackson (14) and Landon (13) live in Castle Rock, Colorado. Troy is a 3rd generation Colorado native who began his career 26 years ago with Arthur Andersen in Denver after graduating from the University of Denver with his master’s degree in Accounting. Troy now serves as the CFO and board member at Haselden Construction. Troy believes, “No one can do great things alone,” and he is proud to have worked for over 19 years with the dynamic team at Haselden, a General Contractor that places the values of relationships, entrepreneurship, and a sense of family right next to profitability and achievement. Troy is an innovative and operationally focused CFO who has become a strategic partner to CEO helping drive many of the company’s initiatives and transformative changes.
In one of his proudest achievements outside the office, Troy brought his entrepreneurial spirit to bear as one of six parents who founded Aspen View Academy: a public Pre-K to 8th grade charter school in Castle Rock, Colorado. Troy served as the Treasurer from 2011 – 2021 and was recently appointed as the Board President. Aspen View Academy is now home to 950 full time students.
Outside of work you will find Troy on the soccer field cheering for his boys. When soccer offers breaks, Troy and the whole family love getting outside to ski in the winter and camp in the summer.
