As Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Risk Management, Ty is responsible for managing procurement of insurance, claims oversight, risk mitigation procedures, and global risk management and safety initiatives for JE Dunn. Ty also supports government compliance efforts for JE Dunn. Additionally, Ty oversees intellectual property assets at JE Dunn and consults on the company’s cyber exposures. Responsibilities include management of insurance programs, corporate governance initiatives, federal regulatory compliance, intellectual property rights protection, risk training, development of policies/procedures, crisis and emergency response, privacy and security oversight, and managing JE Dunn’s captive. Ty previously worked as a corporate attorney for the company and as a construction litigator prior to joining JE Dunn.
