Bill focuses on ensuring that ACS makes good on the value proposition it offers clients. He is also responsible for growing the business, recruiting, and retaining top-notch talent, and building a culture that supports its core focus, to empower success with technology. ACS was founded by William Adams, Sr., in 1985. Bill joined him in a marketing and business development role in 1996 after attending Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, where he studied business Management Information Systems.
