The SBA recently issued two forms designed as questionnaires to solicit data from all recipients of PPP Loans greater than $2 million. The IRS has also indicated its intent to address the taxability of PPP Loan forgiveness, in particular as it applies to straddles between tax years 2020 and 2021.
