Today Idaho and Nebraska are the only states with no legalized marijuana (either medical or personal use) or CBD, and that could change any time. Some states protect employees others specifically protect employers. Add to this the continuing opioid crisis, shortage of available workers and states with mandatory drug and alcohol testing rules and you have a patchwork of compliance issues to sort through with little time to do so.
