Lawyers from the construction law firm of Laurie & Brennan, LLP will conduct a mock trial on legal matters near and dear to the construction financial manager’s heart – payment disputes. The trial will cover issues concerning payment applications, unsigned change orders, payment of changes made in field directives, unsigned field tickets, liquidated damages for delay, labor inefficiencies and other obstacles to getting paid.
