Transforming Identity Management

Federated identity management allows you to use a single identity and password to authenticate to multiple systems. This session will feature a case study of this solution in action between CMiC and Austin Construction. Benefits of enabling a federated single sign on (SSO) via Microsoft Windows operating system login demonstrates how this streamlines access. The building blocks of the federated SSO approach will be discussed in general with attention paid to options of customization.

ADF Migration

This session will diagram the transition from Oracle Forms to ADF. This transition is optimal because it will increase browser compatibility and provide new software capabilities such as the ability to customize the user experience. DPR Construction has begun this transition with a modular phased approach. Their experience in preparing and executing the implementation of CMiC's Enterprise ADF will provide an example of the transition process, its challenges, and its benefits.

In this session, we will review the key integrated project lifecycle process followed by peer-level discussion.

Deep Dive: MIP Reports

MIP Reports contain the capability to dynamically merge data from CMiC into Word, Outlook, or Excel. This allows end users to perform the analysis, reporting, or processing needed for understanding and presenting their data.
