Recent OSHA & DOL Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements Explained

President Biden signed an executive order on Sept. 9, 2021 mandating employers with more than 100 employees require that those employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or take certain alternative steps. These new requirements are being enforced by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and penalties for violations start at $14,000. Vaccine exemptions may be required due to medical conditions or religious beliefs. This CFMA webinar will explain the new mandates for employers and practical recommendations for testing, handling exemptions, and working with contractors.
