This session will examine how to process project changes related to cost and scheduling through the lifecycle of a potential change item from its creation to posting. This series developed by CMiC focuses on how our tools streamline your project’s lifecycle. It builds on best practices and guides you from concept to close-out through key integrated processes. Peer-level discussion will encourage clients to share their experiences.

  • Determine the benefits of using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes
  • Learn about PCI automation with RFQ broadcast
  • Utilize Allowances and Contingencies
  • Using TBD within the PCI and Creating / Linking to SCOs
