The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires that employers report certain information to the IRS in early 2016. This webinar will give an overview of the regulatory reporting requirements for construction contractors and union employers, update contractors on the Cadillac Tax that will be implemented in 2018, and discuss seasonality issues construction contractors face, such as: defining and contrasting seasonal workers vs. seasonal employees as well as lookback measurement periods that variable hour employees should be using vs. the monthly measurement period.
