Description

While women account for almost 50% of our nation's workforce, they comprise less than 9% of the construction industry. With a looming labor shortage, women remain the untapped resource for the industry. Of late, the industry has improved recruitment of female employees, but opportunities to increase the rate of retaining and promoting them still abound with less than 30% of management roles reportedly held by women. Join the discussion on changing this trend.
