2019 CMiC Conference

34 - Understanding Employee Lifecycle Management

Oct 30, 2019 10:15am ‐ Oct 30, 2019 11:45am

Description

Managing the employee lifecycle is a function that HR departments at every construction firm should prioritize because it involves the company’s most valuable asset -- its human capital. When employees are supported at every stage of their careers, they feel valued and confident that they can achieve their goals, which translates into high job satisfaction and loyalty. Simply defined, Employee Lifecycle is defined as the tools, processes and management structures that support the total experience of an employee at a company. The main stages that constitute ELM include outreach, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and offboarding.

Through interactive exercises, we will explore:

  • The different facets of the employee lifecycle, using the integrated solutions offered by CMiC
  • Effective ways to manage each stage of the process
