construction delay, defect, and payment claims in litigation and alternative
dispute resolution. Krista also counsels and advises clients on effective
strategies for project execution and completion as well as participating in
contract drafting, negotiation, and enforcement. Specifically, she has
represented developers, contractors, and specialty trade subcontractors in
drafting and negotiating contracts for commercial condominium, residential,
and shopping center projects; specialty trade subcontractors in payment and
design disputes; contractors and owners in wrongful termination disputes; and
