| Dale Hendershot is
the founder and Owner of Hendershot Consulting, LLC. He has more than 35
years of professional consulting, executive management, and line management
experience in various capacities and roles working in the construction,
construction insurance, aerospace, and dispute resolution consulting
industries. Dale provides expert professional services supporting GCs in the
development of subcontractor default insurance (SDI) claims. He worked for
Zurich Services Corporation for five years as a Subguard Risk Engineer and
for the past six years has been providing consulting services to GCs
assisting in the recovery of losses under their SDI program policies. Dale is
a qualified SDI expert witness and has testified as a plaintiff’s expert
witness on policy coverage disputes, damages calculations, and forensic
scheduling delay analysis. |
