| Julianne C. Wheeler
is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on negotiating contracts
and resolving and litigating commercial disputes, real estate transactions,
and commercial matters. Her experience includes complex disputes covering a
wide array of businesses, fidelity and surety law, construction law,
administrative licensing, and bid protests. Since 1988, Julianne has
represented national and local contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in
state and federal courts as well as in administrative proceedings. She is a
former Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Arizona Bar Association,
former member of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, and the
present Legal Counsel for the Arizona Subcontractors Association. Julianne is
a member of CFMA, as well as the American Bar Association’s Construction
Forum, Arizona Builders Alliance, and Arizona Subcontractors. She is a
frequent speaker and has authored several articles. |
