| Jim Bartolotta is
the Executive Vice President with Atomatic Mechanical Services, Inc., where
he is responsible for the overall growth and profitability of its service
group. Jim is also the managing partner of Synergy Solution Group, a group of
hand selected HVAC companies that understand the benefits achieved through
collaboration and best practice sharing, leading to an even greater
experience for employees and clients. Jim has been leading sales and
operational teams to sustained growth through client driven solutions for 36
years. He currently is on the Mechanical Service Contractors of America’s
(MSCA) Board of Managers, and immediate past Chairman of the MSCA Board of
