Scott Pilchard

Scott Pilchard joined the 401(k) Advisors – Arizona team as Senior Vice President and brings his expertise and consultative approach to the firm’s clients, helping retirement plan sponsors navigate their fiduciary responsibilities and guiding individual plan participants toward a more successful and rewarding experience saving for retirement.

Scott began his career in 1991 as an independent financial advisor in Sacramento, California. It was there that he developed his passion for providing objective financial advice to retirement plan sponsors and their plan participants. In 2001 he joined Manning & Napier Advisors, a publicly-traded Registered Investment Advisor, as their west coast Regional Advisory Consultant supporting advisors in their efforts with individual, institutional, and retirement plan investors.

Scott and Allison, his wife of 31 years, are kept quite busy with four adult daughters and three grandchildren. He stays active riding horses, water skiing, playing golf and hiking, and he and Allison are known for hosting the annual Pilchards’ Pig Roast at their home in Carefree, Arizona.
