Brittany Diederich
Director of Finance and Administration, Industrial Builders Inc
Brittany Diederich is part of the 3rd generation family ownership of Industrial Builders, Inc. (IBI) and serves as its Director of Finance, Administration and Corporate Treasurer. IBI is a heavy civil contractor based out of West Fargo that has many specialties but is best known for constructing heavy highway infrastructure. Brittany graduated summa cum laude from NDSU in 2015 with degrees in Business Administration and Construction Management.
She manages the accounting, HR, payroll, contract administration, and IT departments for the company and a few construction projects a year. She is a board member of the AGC of ND and serves on the CFMA D&I Committee. She serves as President on the ND Construction Leadership Council.
