Tim Tokarczyk is a Staff Consultant with FMI, management consultants and investment bankers for the construction industry. He also serves as a facilitator at FMI's Leadership Institute, a four-day program in which participants examine their unique leadership styles and learn how this style impacts others. He is committed to helping leaders become peak performers in their firms.
Tim's primary focus is on designing customized solutions to address a wide variety of leadership issues, including motivating and inspiring employees, developing staff, and aligning organizational and human resources around corporate strategies.
Prior to joining FMI, Tim worked as a consultant for a non-profit consulting firm, providing management, financial, marketing, and operational consulting to small business owners in the Appalachian region. He also worked on a consulting assignment with Old Mutual in South Africa.
Tim holds an MBA from Ohio University and a BA in English and Political Science from Marietta College, with minors in Leadership Studies and History.
