Heather Brown

Heather is currently the Application Manager at JE Dunn Construction and has utilized CMiC for 12 years.

Heather holds a AS in Information Systems. Her main responsibilities include software support, issue resolution, end user training & communication, along with testing and implementation of upgrades or new products. Heather also works closely with the development team when there is a need for new reports or bridges between CMIC and 3rd party applications. She currently represents the CMiC User Group as the Director of Communications for the last 4 years and was a Human Capital Product Group lead for 4 years prior to that.
