Justin Adams, CCIFP, MBA, ME, is a Regional Controller at Granite Construction in Central California. Over his 28 year career, Justin has been involved in nearly every aspect of operations. His experience has ranged from Project Engineering, Cost Engineering, Project Management, BIM/IT Manager to Controller and CFO. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a Master’s in Business Administration, and a Master’s in Systems Engineering. Justin served as President of a local CFMA Chapter as well as on national committees. He is an alumnus of CFMA at Spring Creek and the Executive Mentoring Program. Justin has combined all of his education and experience together to provide a unique ability to deliver a global view of an entire operation.
