As chair of the firm’s Construction Services Group, Todd has over 30 years of experience providing audit, accounting, consulting and tax services to general contractors, specialty contractors, government contracting firms, as well as construction-focused banks and surety firms. His extensive expertise and inside knowledge of the construction industry enable him to provide the highest level of practical and technical financial consultation to entities which are construction industry centric. In addition to the construction industry, Todd has extensive expertise and inside knowledge of various additional industries including manufacturing, distribution and wholesale, as well technology providers in the public and private sectors, military support providers and travel wholesalers with operations at the domestic and international levels.

Todd is a seasoned public speaker, webinar host and author of numerous articles covering a wide range of topics from construction industry forecasts and trends to tips to managing construction firms in financial distress. As an active member of CFMA’s Publications Advisory Group and National Publications Group, Todd’s work on the subject of accounting, tax and consulting services for the construction industry, has been featured in local and national publications, including:

EDUCATION

Todd earned his MBA in finance from the Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore and his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Towson University. Todd is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified construction auditor (CCA).
