Steve Hathaway

Steve Hathaway has served the construction industry for over 35 years and has held just about every position from laborer, estimator, and project manager to CIO and CFO. Prior to starting his own construction software consulting and virtual CIO business in January 2022, he has gathered deep experience in the construction technology and software markets at Viewpoint, COINS, and BYLDR. Steve’s real-life experiences in construction operations, IT, finance, and the field help give him a unique perspective on construction computer software, lessons learned in implementation, and best practices for managing. Steve also started CFMA's Rocky Mountain Regional Conference, which he still leads today after six years.
