Robert Herbein is Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for American Infrastructure, one of the largest heavy civil construction companies in the U.S., with operations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. American Infrastructure is a self-performing general contractor with a union-free field workforce of over 1,000 craft employees building civil projects, including large highways, water and waste treatment facilities, water distribution systems, and commercial/residential site development projects.
Bob is responsible for leading the Safety, Insurance/Claims, Human Resource, and Information Systems teams and is a member of the Executive Committee of American Infrastructure, which has been recognized six times as one of the "100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania" and has received many safety awards, including receiving the prestigious Governor's Safety Award for its outstanding commitment to employee health and safety.
