Martin A. Keyser Limbach Facility Services LLC

Martin Keyser is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal, Risk & Acquisition Officer of Limbach Facility Services LLC, a national specialty contractor headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. Limbach has branch offices in 12 cities throughout the U.S., which perform design, construction, and service of mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. In addition to serving as General Counsel and Secretary of Limbach, responsible for all legal affairs of the company, Mr. Keyser is also responsible for the casualty insurance and surety bonding programs, and actively supports Limbach's Incident and Injury Free safety program.

Martin Keyser was formerly an Associate attorney with the Pittsburgh law firm of Plowman and Spiegel from 1981 to 1986, representing construction and surety companies in litigation in state and federal courts. He joined Limbach Constructors Incorporated in January 1986 as Assistant General Counsel and became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in 1991. Martin served as chief legal officer and director of risk management through 1998, at which time the company was acquired by an affiliate of Enron Corp. Mr. Keyser served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Enron Facility Services, Inc. from 1998 through 2002. The current company was formed in connection with the successful management buy-out of Limbach from Enron in December 2002. Martin is currently President and a Director of Limbach Management Holding Company, LLC, which owns management's interest in Limbach.

Martin obtained a BA in Economics in 1978 from Catawba College, Salisbury, NC and a JD degree in 1981 from Duquesne University School of Law, Pittsburgh, PA, where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. Martin is admitted to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1984), and the Supreme Court of the U.S.

Martin is a member of the American Bar Association, Public Contract Section and Forum Committee on the Construction Industry; Allegheny County Bar Association, Construction Law Section; Association of Corporate Counsel, Western PA Chapter and Litigation Committee; and American Arbitration Association, National Panel of Construction Arbitrators and a Mediator. He is a frequent speaker and trainer in the areas of construction contracts and litigation, insurance and bonding, safety and labor, and employment law.
