Tim M. Gray CPA, CCIFP

Tim M. Gray is the Chief Financial Officer at Chelsea Investment Corporation which is one of the largest affordable housing developers in the nation with over $2 billion in successful communities. Providing turnkey services of financial engineering, development, construction, and asset management. As CFO, Tim oversees financial and tax strategies for all Chelsea entities including Emmerson Construction Inc. Prior to Chelsea, Tim started his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young-San Diego, CA and PWC-Portland, OR. Previously with Viewpoint Construction Software Tim worked with large real estate companies, including Holiday Retirement, DR Horton and Matrix Development. Tim has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams in the real estate industry with significant operating scale and complexity. His experience includes public offerings, emerging businesses, mergers and acquisitions. He earned a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.
