Michele Pavlik

Michele Pavlik is a Vice President and Surety Underwriting Manager for Chubb within the National Engineering & Construction Group. Michele began her career with Chubb as a Certified Public Accountant in the home office accounting department. Several years later she transitioned to the Chubb Agency Services & Marketing department, where she managed a team responsible for the contingent commission program. In 2001, Michele joined Chubb Surety as a field underwriter in its New York branch. She later relocated to the home office as the Surety Pricing Manager, which was followed by her position as a Construction Group Surety Underwriting Manager. Michele assumed her current role within the National Engineering & Construction Group in 2013 and is responsible for large, complex multinational accounts, many with reverse flow business and those involved in the P3 space. Michele is proud to be celebrating her 30th anniversary with Chubb. Prior to joining Chubb, Michele graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Psychology. She also received her CPA license in 1988, with an active license held through 1997. Michele has presented at the following conferences: Jump on the P3 Wave at NASBP Regionals in Sept/Oct/Nov 2018; Jump on the P3 Wave at the NASBP Annual Meeting in May 2018; and P3 Federal Conference in November 2017.
