Justin Martin

As President & CEO of Corbins Electric, Justin leverages his passion for both people and process to develop Corbins’ leadership team, operating rhythms, and financial architecture to support profitable growth. He sees his primary role as Chief Culture Warrior and it an intense student and teacher of leadership practices. His career has focused on improving culture, efficiency, and productivity by improving communication and collaboration across all business units and functions. Justin started his construction management career at Royal Electric Company in Sacramento. He worked his way from Field Engineer to Southwest Division Manager on both Private and Public Works electrical projects with Hard Bid, Design Build, and CMAR delivery methods and managed projects as both Prime Contractor and Subcontractor throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico. In 2004 Justin married Chelsea, a Phoenix native and NAU graduate. Since then, Justin and Chelsea have grown their family by 7 children including 6 sons and 1 daughter. The majority of his non-working time is spent watching his children’s sporting events and doing woodworking projects in his shop. Justin joined Corbins Electric in 2012 and was promoted from Operations Manager to COO in 2015, President in 2018, and CEO and Partner in 2019.
