David Wightman is a Senior Vice President & West Region Surety Practice Leader with Willis Towers Watson in Houston, TX. With a career spanning more than 30 years in risk management, David’s main focus is tied to Surety, Property & Casualty, and Contractor Default Insurance programs for both domestic and international construction clients. David served as CFMA’s National Secretary for two years, Vice Chair of the Finance Committee, and Vice Chair of the Leadership Advisory Board. He is also a past President and an active member of CFMA’s Houston Chapter and an alumnus of CFMA at Spring Creek.
