David A. Levine

For over 25 years, David has represented clients in the construction and surety industries. His practice includes extensive experience litigating complex construction disputes involving payment, workmanship, design, lien and bond claims and indemnification.

Mr. Levine is an active lecturer and presenter on legal issues related to his various areas of practice.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, where he was associate editor of the Law Review.

He is recognized as a Pennsylvania SuperLawyer in his field.
