Heather Dunn, CCIFP, CPA, is an Assurance Manager at Frazer, LLP, an independent firm associated with Moore Stephens, an international association with more than 600 offices in almost 100 countries.
With 10 years of experience in public accounting, Heather provides audit, accounting and consulting services to companies locally and nationally, particularly for closely held businesses in the construction industry. Her experience also includes employee benefit plan audits. In addition to financial statement preparation and analysis, Heather also oversees construction consulting engagements including financial due diligence and contract compliance.
Previously, Heather gained experience with a Big Four accounting firm, as well as a local company that specialized in construction.
A member of CFMA’s Orange County Chapter, Heather currently serves on the ICCIFP Board of Trustees.
