Eric Lambert is National Director of Construction Quality and Safety for Zurich North America Commercial. He has been working in the construction industry for the past 20 years with companies, workers, and associations to save lives, reduce loss, and make companies better. For the past 12 years, Eric has consulted with companies and teams in the insurance industry to make zero injury culture a reality, and recently co-authored an article on this topic for CFMA Building Profits.
A past presenter at CFMA’s 2013 Annual Conference, he has participated in numerous construction industry roundtables and committees to learn from these groups, as well as to provide input to improve the safety culture and practices of the construction industry.
